This landmark deal promises substantial improvements in both compensation and welfare provisions for the workforce.

The agreement, confirmed by the Teamsters earlier this week, marks a pivotal moment for the covered staff. A key component of the new contract is an immediate 10% increase in wages, designed to enhance the financial well-being of the employees. Beyond direct pay, the deal also includes an upgraded pension plan, bolstering long-term financial security for the workers.

Further enhancing the comprehensive package, the 82 Park MGM employees will now gain access to the Teamsters Health and Welfare plan. This crucial benefit is set to reduce healthcare expenditures by lowering deductibles and decreasing co-pays and other out-of-pocket costs, making essential health services more affordable and accessible.

The ratified agreement extends its protections and benefits to a range of critical operational roles within the resort.
