The development of this sophisticated new program involved a collaboration with Giancarlo Bar Consulting, a firm led by Giancarlo Mancino, an internationally recognized bartender and entrepreneur. The partnership has culminated in a collection of refined, globally-influenced libations that merge contemporary mixology techniques with the rich heritage of Southern California's hospitality.

Guests will begin to experience these exceptional new offerings at The Pines Modern Steakhouse, the resort's award-winning fine dining establishment, with the rollout timed to coincide with the milestone anniversary. Beyond The Pines, the refreshed cocktail menus will also become available at the resort's Y Lounge and Lobby Bar, ensuring a consistent elevation of the beverage experience across key guest areas.

To commemorate both the four-decade anniversary and the debut of the revitalized drink selection, Yaamava' Resort & Casino hosted an exclusive one-night event. This special occasion featured Giacamo Giannotti, a world-renowned mixologist celebrated for his work at establishments frequently listed among The World's 50 Best Bars, providing guests with a unique tasting opportunity.
