Seminole Gaming and Hard Rock International Fortify Leadership with Key Executive Appointments

Seminole Gaming and its global hospitality arm, Hard Rock International, have unveiled a series of pivotal executive appointments, strategically positioning the companies for ongoing expansion and operational excellence. The announcement confirms new roles for two long-standing executives and welcomes two highly experienced industry veterans to their leadership team.

Justin Wyborn, a seasoned professional with over 25 years in the hospitality sector, has been elevated to the position of Senior Vice President and General Manager for the forthcoming Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Las Vegas. Wyborn, who initially joined the organization in 2013 and has since held various leadership capacities, will report directly to the venue’s President, Joe Lupo. The Las Vegas property, currently under construction, is anticipated to open its doors to guests in 2027.

Concurrently, Bo Guidry is set to assume the presidency of Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati. Guidry brings a wealth of experience, having most recently served as President of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Hollywood for the past seven years. In his new capacity, Guidry will be instrumental in the Cincinnati property's future development and will report to Jeff Hook, Hard Rock International’s Chief Operating Officer.

Further strengthening their executive ranks, Seminole Gaming and Hard Rock International have also secured the talents of Travis Lunn and Randy Morton. Travis Lunn, an executive with more than 25 years of experience in gaming and hospitality, has been appointed President of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Tampa. Lunn’s distinguished career includes significant leadership roles at MGM Resorts International, where he presided over properties such as Luxor, Four Seasons, Mandalay Bay, and The W.

Randy Morton, another veteran of the gaming and hospitality landscape with over a decade of high-level experience, will now serve as President of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Hollywood. Morton's impressive background includes tenure as President and COO of the Bellagio in Las Vegas. He will report to David Hoenemeyer, Seminole Gaming’s Chief Operating Officer.

Commenting on these strategic organizational changes, Jim Allen, Chairman of Hard Rock International and CEO of Seminole Gaming, expressed optimism. “These appointments underscore both the exceptional talent thriving within our organization and the caliber of new leaders we are integrating into our team,” Allen stated. He further added, “Each individual contributes exceptional gaming and hospitality expertise that will undoubtedly benefit our guests, team members, and the local communities we serve. I am confident they will uphold our rigorous standards of excellence and play a crucial role in our continued growth trajectory.” The series of appointments reflects a concerted effort to enhance leadership across key properties as the companies navigate future growth and market opportunities.
